For my first project in Drawing 1, I had to make a drawing that consisted 3 still life objects. I drew one shoe (VANS), a tiny speaker, and an Xbox One controller. I picked these items because they define me in a way. For example, my Vans represent me liking Vans shoes and how much I like to longboard. I think that I did well in putting details into my items. I was proud of myself when I saw the final results for my Xbox controller. I did well on shading, value, and shape. Definitely one of the things that I could have worked on was the shoe. I did not make it big enough so I could not add more detail then I should have. One thing that was a struggle and that I would change next time is the shoelaces. Since I did not make the shoe big enough I had to improvise on the last day. I started off with the speaker, then went to the shoe, and ended with the controller in the shoe. I believe that I improved in making the objects more lifelike and the final result for this project was a success in my opinion.
